"Jutland's Fredericia Museum at Jernbanegade 10 has objects from the original eighteenth-century synagogue including large bronze candlesticks; a hanukkiya; straight-backed pews; books and pieces of the door. A short walk past lily ponds leads to earthen ramparts where there is a sign with a discussion of the cemetery, which the ramparts overlook. The chapel on cemetery land is open Wednesdays and Sundays, but for entry at other times and to double-check on hours, call a couple of days in advance (759-26-568)."
