- Mount Zion United Jewish Cemetery: Located on the grounds of Sparkman-Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, at 7405 Northwest Hwy. (Hillcrest and Northwest Hwy), Dallas, TX. Mount Zion United Jewish Cemetery, Inc. was formed in 2001 for to provide Orthodox burial grounds for Dallas' Jewish Community. All aspects of Mount Zion's rules governing funerals and burials insure compliance with Halacha (Jewish Religious Law) and Kavod HaMes (Respect for the Departed). Synagogue membership is not required in order to acquire burial spaces. Mount Zion United Jewish Cemetery is under the sponsorship of Dallas' eight Orthodox congregations: Chabad of Plano, Forest Lane Synagogue, Cong. Shaare Tefilla, Cong. Ohr HaTorah, Cong.
